The flow on these teats is just right. I do not understand why these are described as for premature babies. When a baby has colic and is using a bottle designed to reduce colic it makes sense to have a slower flowing teat and this is it. The amount of wind baby has now is much reduced and she is much more comfortable as a result. Happy baby, happy parents and grandparents. Dr Brown should sell the bottles with these as standard and then we size up after. Recommend the teats and the colic bottles, good quality items that support feeding

Good. Helps slow the flow to stop baby getting uncomfortable gas. Used even at 3 months as better tolerated for occasional expressed milk from a bottle. Only compatible with newer wide neck bottles or need to buy converter kit too but then worked well .
